November 10 , 2009- The results and pictures from the Diamond State BBQ Championships
in Dover, De on Oct 16-17, 2009 are finally posted. As much as we wanted to forget
this competition, I guess we can't totally ignore it. Also, a special thanks to all
the family and friends that supported us in the 2009 season. Keep checking back to
see where we will be in 2010.
September 13, 2009- Pigheaded BBQ competed in the Inaugural Southern York County
BBQ Cookoff at the Markets at Shrewsbury in Glen Rock, Pa this past weekend. We finished
3rd overall, with a 2nd place call in Chicken, a 3rd place call in Ribs, and a 8th

September 8 , 2009- Pigheaded BBQ competed in the 10th annual New Holland Summerfest
in New Holland, Pa on Saturday August 29. Pigheaded BBQ took 7th place in Brisket

August 11, 2009- Pigheaded BBQ is pleased to announce that we have added the Southern
York County BBQ Cookoff in Schrewsbury, Pa to our event schedule this season. This
event is scheduled for September 11-12, 2009 at the Markets at Schrewsbury in Glen
Rock, PA.
August 9, 2009- Pigheaded BBQ competed in the Inaugural BrewBQ in the Vineyard at
Twinbrook Winery in Gap, Pa on Saturday. Pigheaded BBQ won this event, taking 1st

July 27, 2009- Pigheaded BBQ will be competing in the Inaugural BrewBQ in the Vineyard
on Saturday August 8, 2009 at Twinbrook Winery in Gap, Pa. The event is sponsored
by the MidAtlantic BBQ Association and is open from 12pm to 4pm. Admission is free.

July 16, 2009- Pigheaded BBQ competed in the NJ State BBQ Championships in Wildwood,
NJ this past weekend (July 10-12, 2009). Our scores weren't great, but the product
sure does look good. Oh well....back to the drawing board. Click here to see the

April 19 , 2009- Pigheaded BBQ competed in the 6th annual Pork in the Park competition
in Salisbury, MD this past weekend. You can check out how we did here.
March 6, 2009- Pigheaded BBQ has accepted an invitation to compete in the 2009 NJ
State BBQ Championship in Wildwood, NJ. The event will be held Fri July 10 to Sun
July 12, 2009.
